Communication & Customer Service Trainer - 2 Posts

Job Descriptions:

⇢ Must have a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Education, AB English or Mass Communication
⇢ With at least 1 year call center experience
⇢ Training experience in communication & customer service skills is an advantage
⇢ Experience in training & module designing is a plus
⇢ Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
⇢ Must have excellent facilitation, presentation and listening skills
⇢ Has good interpersonal and professional skills
⇢ Willing to work in shifts/weekends/holidays
⇢ Has the passion to teach
⇢ Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
⇢ Can work with minimal supervision
