As an Operations Supervisor, Sherly Francois (nickname: Francoise), manages two teams including one of CallTek’s most high-profile clients. (Shhh…You know we don’t reveal client names as a white label provider.)
Francoise joined CallTek as a Contact Center agent more than 12 years ago and has worked her way up through the ranks of Team Leader, Supervisor and now as Operations Supervisor. Her career path is proof that CallTek values and rewards hard work and dedication.
She is a gifted linguist who speaks four languages – English, Spanish, French and Creole – and holds a degree in economic science. She utilizes these skills on a daily basis as she manages CallTek team members around the globe from her office in Santiago, Dominican Republic.
Francoise’s team of eight specialists in the Dominican Republic handles technical support calls in both French and Spanish. Her other 40 team members are located in Guatemala, India, Mexico, and the Philippines and specializes in network monitoring, engineering and help desk support.
She understands that people can get easily frustrated when trying to resolve a technical issue. It takes a special amount of patience and skill to remotely walk someone step by step through an issue. Her favorite part of her job is the customer satisfaction. And she is glad to have a supportive team in CallTek.
