NOC Team Leader
Tim Bucalon embodies the spirit of CallTek with his belief in putting people first. As a NOC Team Leader in the Cebu office, Tim leads a team of seven in India, but he never lets the distance come between them.
His ability to utilize empathy and patience to manage and motivate his team comes from his college education in Business Administration with the Human Resources concentration. Tim’s certifications and experience with Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus and other platforms gives him the technical knowledge vital to running a NOC for CallTek’s clients around the world.
Tim’s team specializes in challenges as they utilize COSMOS to monitor remote on-site devices and troubleshoot and configure devices when necessary. He finds it rewarding to help his team improve how they deal with issues and problems by focusing on daily improvements.
Over the past decade, Tim has “fallen in love” with CallTek because of its culture and environment where employees can learn and grow personally as well as professionally. He credits the good leadership that has created a “work home” with the primary reason he has stayed with the company so long.
“When my mother was diagnosed with Cancer, Calltek never failed to reach out to offer help. That is something I will forever be grateful for,” says Tim. CallTek is grateful to have leaders like Tim continuing our legacy of work family and client care.
