
Tony Espinoza
CEOA natural problem-solver, Tony Espinoza has dedicated his professional life to creating technology solutions that help businesses turn obstacles into opportunities. As a young man his love for technology took him from Southern California to the Philippines where he created his own opportunity and founded CallTek in 2004.
Over the past 18 years, his passion and commitment has turned CallTek into a global enterprise that touches billions of consumers each day though the myriad of technology operators and service providers who depend on the company for support.
Tony’s background in engineering enables him to be able to identify and create solutions from the ground-up. He holds numerous patents for technology protocols that provide solutions for CallTek clients every day.
He is based in Cebu City, the Philippines but spends much of his time traveling the globe meeting with clients. Tony enjoys introducing clients to the rich culture of his adopted home and makes darn good tacos on the side.
Danny Wu serves CallTek as the Interim CEO and Vice President of Global Operations based in the company’s headquarters of Irvine, CA. He has been an integral component of CallTek’s success and growth for more than 16 years.
His involvement with global IT and data center operations, vendor management, as well as IT compliance and security gives him a high level of expertise in overall operations. He most previously served as CallTek’s General Manager.
A graduate of the University of California School of Engineering, Danny served as an Engineering Manager at Guest-Tek before joining CallTek in 2009.
As CallTek’s CFO, German Lopez is a transformational leader with over two decades of executive experience; bringing strategic vision, operational excellence, and a global mindset to the company since 2023.
German also serves as CFO of Allied Global, CallTek’s parent company, where he has been a driving force behind the company’s transformation from a startup to a global enterprise with over 6,000 employees across Latin America, South America, and Southeast Asia.
German’s leadership impact reaches beyond corporate walls. As former President of the Contact Center & BPO Guatemalan Association, he was instrumental in shaping national industry standards and fostering a culture of excellence and competitiveness.
At CallTek, German brings bold leadership grounded in financial discipline, global perspective, and a deep passion for building resilient, future-ready enterprises.
Oscar García Colón is a technology visionary and hands-on software builder with over three decades of experience transforming industries through software engineering, cloud architecture, and AI-driven strategy. He was appointed Chief Technology Officer in January 2024, and as part of CallTek’s parent company, Allied Global, has been instrumental in developing support solutions that leverage the latest technological innovations.
In addition to his work at CallTek, he also serves as CTO for Allied Global and as Board Technical Director at ALY-Ai, where he leads enterprise clients around the globe through complex digital transformations — from modernizing legacy systems to deploying scalable, AI-powered solutions that unlock performance and productivity.
Oscar has utilized his technical skills and visionary strategy to harness the power of AI and emerging technologies to drive smarter, faster, and more human ways of doing business.
As Chief Growth Officer, Josh Bergen leads CallTek’s growth strategy across sales, customer experience, product development and marketing, with a focus on increased value for customers and accelerating the company’s position as a leader in key markets.
With more than three decades of experience leading customer-focused and growth-oriented teams, Josh brings a breadth of experience across technology, customer service, finance and operations.
Before joining CallTek, Bergen served as CEO and President of a leading MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider), a data protection and regulatory compliance solutions provider for the hospitality industry. His career includes leadership positions in a variety of hospitality, technology, contact center and accounting focused organizations. He has even shared his knowledge with the next generation as a college professor.
He holds a BS in Accounting and a Master’s in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida. He is also a Certified Hospitality Accounting Executive and Certified Hospitality Technology Professional.
As Vice President of Technical Operations at CallTek, Kyle Finlinson brings over 30 years of experience and a deep commitment to service excellence, innovation, and scalability. Based in the U.S., Kyle leads diverse, collaborative teams that support CallTek’s field service and contact center solutions, offering hands-on guidance shaped by decades of operational insight.
Kyle is passionate about helping clients achieve success at the next level. He thrives on solving challenges—both big and small—that often lead to opportunities clients hadn’t previously envisioned. His approach blends strategic thinking with a customer-first mindset, ensuring every solution meets current needs while preparing for future growth.
His leadership is rooted in data-driven decisions, real-time monitoring, and performance tracking. Driven by a belief in the power of technology to transform outcomes, Kyle focuses on bridging today’s demands with tomorrow’s potential. At CallTek, he plays a pivotal role in delivering smarter, smoother, and more impactful customer experiences, all while helping to drive the company’s mission of long-term success, growth, and innovation.
Cathleen Ybanez serves as CallTek’s Director of Field Operations, bringing over a decade of experience in Customer Service, Field Service Operations, and Project Management. Since 2013, she has been instrumental in building and expanding CallTek’s field services nationally across hospitality, MDUs, and other industries.
She leads full-scope field service projects from pre-survey to site surveys, installations, and post-installation support. Her leadership ensures that CallTek’s customers are represented by highly skilled technicians and that every job experiences seamless execution.
Cathleen began by supporting dispatch services for client technician networks and has since helped establish CallTek’s own pool of low-voltage techs, serving clients in the U.S. and in parts of Canada.
Her leadership and commitment to end-to-end service and customer care makes sure CallTek’s customers have the best field service experience possible.
Jane joined CallTek in September 2004 as part of its very first team of 20 in the Phillipines. With a background in Psychology, Jane began her journey as a Technical Support Engineer. Through CallTek’s training and mentorship, she developed strong skills in customer service and technical support across HSIA, MDU, mobile, and laptop environments.
Over the years, Jane transitioned into leadership roles, including Operations Manager, where she managed customer relations, project delivery, quality assurance, and training. Her dedication and deep operational knowledge led to her recent promotion as Director of Service Delivery, where she now oversees a diverse global workforce for CallTek’s operations in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, Egypt, Panama, Costa Rica, and Brazil.
Lizzie Bernabe has been a driving force behind CallTek’s growth, innovation, and operational excellence since 2008. As Director of Operations, Lizzie brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience, leadership, and a deep understanding of technology support and hospitality industries.
In her previous role as Senior Operations Manager, she led a team of 300 professionals and played a pivotal role in launching and sustaining the company’s Dominican Republic office, a cornerstone in supporting CallTek’s hospitality clients for more than a decade.
In addition to her operational leadership, Lizzie contributes to the company’s development team, where she helps transform client needs into practical, impactful solutions. Over the past two years, she has played a key role in streamlining internal operations, improving team productivity, and helping bring to life innovative systems including our Staff Augmentation tools.
Her expertise spans across many sectors including High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA), where she continues to help shape forward-thinking support solutions Lizzie holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.
Yanni Ybanez brings over 18 years of experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry, with a strong focus on network operations services for high-speed internet access, multi-dwelling unit properties, healthcare clients, and point-of-sale system support.
Now the Director of Quality Assurance, Yanni has held multiple leadership roles since 2008 when she joined CallTek as a Tier 1 Tech Support Engineer. With a strategic blend of operational expertise and quality insight, Yanni has led initiatives like the Odyssey Project. An AI-powered solution, it transformed the overall customer journey and revolutionized how CallTek reviews customer interactions by streamlining the evaluation process.
Her hands-on experience in Technical Support, Field Services, and Customer Care gives her a well-rounded perspective, ensuring quality practices align with operational goals. She has also led impactful rollouts like the Quality Gold Standards and SWOT Incentives. Yanni holds a degree in Business Administration and has completed extensive training in leadership, communication, and strategic planning.

DJ Widmer has his focus on the US healthcare industry as CallTek’s Vice President of Business Development for Healthcare. He manages a North American-based industry specific team and serves as a consultant for CallTek’s Remote Patient Monitoring clients.
His 20 years of experience leading start-ups and growth-stage companies across the technology and healthcare sectors provides insight to the unique needs of one of the most rapidly changing industries today. DJ has extensive experience bringing technology to long-term care, assisted living chains, the VA medical system and medical supply chains.
DJ earned an MBA from Concordia University and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Portland.
